K15 Minarai Petty
From the French petit meaning "small," the Petty is the equivalent of a Western paring knife and is ideal for peeling and slicing fruits and vegetables, making garnishes, and other detailed food-preparation tasks.[1]
Variations
The K15 is originally made in Seki City, Japan, and:
- features a modified Drop Point Blade shape
