C184 Firefly:
"The Firefly is a compact, extremely capable gentleman’s folder designed by renowned custom knifemaker Peter Carey. Its full skeletonized stainless steel liners define the handle’s profile and provide a foundation for its high-strength LinerLock mechanism. They are joined by stainless steel standoffs to create an open-backed construction that reduces the knife’s weight and makes it easy to clean and maintain. The liners also support precision-machined orange G-10 scales and handsome solid carbon fiber bolsters that are painstakingly contoured, polished, and fitted to yield a seamless, extremely ergonomic handle.
The Firefly’s stout drop-point blade is saber ground from VG-10 stainless steel to produce a full-thickness spine and robust point, while ensuring low-friction edge geometry and superior cutting performance. Spyderco’s Trademark Round Hole™ sits proud above the blade’s spine, ensuring easy, ambidextrous access and excellent leverage for swift one-handed opening.
To keep the Firefly readily accessible, its handle includes a very compact stainless steel pocket clip that can be configured for right-side tip-up or tip-down carry."
