C276 Retract
"Designed by renowned custom knifemaker and bladesmith Ed Schempp, the Retract is a dynamic folding knife that offers exceptional cutting performance. Its most distinctive feature is its dramatically curved, full-flat-ground blade. Crafted from 9Cr18MoV stainless steel and somewhat reminiscent of a Nepalese kukri, its negative angle significantly enhances the knife’s cutting leverage—especially on draw cuts. The recurved blade is housed in a handle built with full skeletonized stainless steel liners, peel-ply-textured G-10 scales, and a partial G-10 backspacer. The stout liners form the foundation of the knife’s reliable LinerLock mechanism, which is machined nearly flush to prevent unintentional closure. To balance low-profile carry and immediate access, the Retract includes a lined lanyard hole and deep-pocket wire clip that is reversible for left- or right-side tip-up carry."[1]
