The C21 Merlin combines the blade of a C08 Harpy with an FRN handle. The C21 was introduced in 1993 and discontinued in 1995. The "Merlin" reappeared again in 1999, this time as a variation of the C08 Harpy that combines a thinner variant of the Harpy blade with an updated FRN handle.
