K15 Minarai Petty
From the French petit meaning "small," the Petty is the equivalent of a Western paring knife and is ideal for peeling and slicing fruits and vegetables, making garnishes, and other detailed food-preparation tasks.[1]
Variations
The K15 is originally made in Seki City, Japan, and:
- features a modified Drop Point Blade shape
- features a polished G-10 handle
- as one of few exceptions in Spyderco's line-up, it does not feature Spyderco's trademark round hole

Most collectible variation
The original K15 Minarai Petty, complete with original box and papers in mint condition is likely to be the most collectible version.
