Moteng is a well- known distributor and seller of Spyderco knives. 
They have had several knives made by Spyderco to their specifications, exclusively for them. 

It's not unusual that the larger distributors and sellers who are able to order a whole run of knives, get them made to spec's.
Usually this means the specially ordered knives will not be available through anyone else in the particular configuration they've been ordered in. 

In addition to Moteng, [[A.G. Russel]] and the former Spyderco factory outlet [[Ironstone]] has had knives made especially for them.
