The K10 Kosher Butchering Knife (also called the "Challif") is part of Spyderco's kitchen knife series. It was a collaboration between Spyderco and Rabbi Yurman of New York as a kosher way to kill chickens.

  • does not feature Spyderco's trademark round hole
  • is Spyderco's only knife to ever use MRS-30 steel
  • each PE knife was reground to .1mm thick
